On the campus of TU Delft, and specifically on the Hitteplein of The Green Village, a study is being started by the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Geosciences to quantify the amount of transpiration by trees. This research is also a validation for the results of the I-tree 2.0-NL project of the Faculty of Architecture. The scales required for the research were installed, calibrated and the trees installed. The scales are connected to WiSeNode wireless interface that forwards the data to the WiSeNode cloud. It was a nice day, thanks to Michiel Amsing and Romano van Bienfait, Lea Hartmeyer and Jean-Paul de Garde from Tu Delft.
